Facility Management AS (Facilit), established in 1999, is one of the leading facility management software companies in Tromsø, Norway with customers in various industries, of which approximately 70% are in the public sector.
Its product suite, Facilit FDVU, a platform for managing, operating, maintaining and developing buildings and properties, has been among the top 3 FDVU systems in Norway for the last 10 years, facilitating the operations of over 12,000,000m3 of buildings registered in the system.
Over the years, Facilit has seen an increase in growth in both turnover and customers. By 2020, their portfolio spanned over 175 customers and they recorded a turnover of NOK 17 million.

Mobile enablement of FDVU
The initial engagement with 99x commenced to develop a mobile application, later modernized using React Native.
Extended engagement
However, once this was completed, Facilit continued its partnership, with 99x coming onboard as a product engineering partner to develop its core products.
Product innovation and modernization
Through this collaboration, Facilit was able to bring in many innovations into its product suite over the years. Currently, with the new vision from Ørn Software (who recently acquired Facilit), Facilit is gearing towards accelerated modernization and cloud migration of its old products.
